Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-12

These conditions apply to everyone who reads or uses jerkoffwithstrangers.net. By confirming the 18+ pass you accept them. If you disagree, please leave the site now.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age for adult material where you are. Accessing the site from a place where such material is forbidden is not allowed. The site is not offered at all in a number of countries.

What this site is

The site is an independent guide written in plain language. It is not a chat service, does not operate the live cam site that its Start button opens and has no control over who you meet there. That site belongs to an independent provider and runs under its own terms, which you accept separately when you use it.

Partner links and referral fees

Several links here, every Start button among them, are partner links. If you use them, the site may receive a referral fee or commission. This does not change the price you pay. Partner links are marked for search engines as sponsored, and the site recommends nothing it would not describe honestly.

Your behaviour in a chat

Use live chats only with other adults who agree to what happens. Do not record or share anyone without consent, do not harass, threaten or deceive others, and follow the provider's rules and the law where you are. Anything involving minors is reported.

How far the guide goes

Care went into every section and each one is checked by hand, yet the guide remains general information, not legal, medical or security advice for your situation. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law permits, the operator accepts no liability for harm that results from using the site, from linked services or from meeting other people.

Copyright of this site

Texts, layout and drawings belong to this site. Short quotes with a link are welcome; copying whole sections is not. Rights issues go through the Copyright Policy.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the version in force. Questions go to Support, and data questions are covered by Privacy Policy.
